Remodeling & Home Additions in Greenwood, Indiana
Maybe the family has outgrown the house, or the layout never made sense to begin with. Brown Construction handles remodels and additions for Greenwood homeowners who would rather improve the home they have than start over. We’re based just up Madison Avenue on Indy’s south side, we give straight answers, and we plan every project carefully before a single wall comes down.
WHAT WE DO
From older homes near Old Town Greenwood to newer neighborhoods out toward Center Grove, we handle full remodels and room additions with careful planning — matching what’s already there, keeping the work area clean, and keeping you in the loop on budget and schedule. The goal is a space that finally makes sense and feels like it was always part of the house.
WHY BROWN CONSTRUCTION
Founder Ian Brown built this company on one simple rule: under-promise, over-deliver. When you’re living in the house during a remodel, that matters. It shows up in clear communication, realistic timelines, and straight talk when something behind the drywall changes the plan. Our growth has come from referrals and repeat clients across Greenwood and the south side, not advertising.
Our Remodeling & Addition Process
- Initial consultation — we walk the space and talk through what’s not working, your goals, and your budget
- Design and planning — layouts and materials that fit your home and how you use it
- Construction — clear communication at every phase, no disappearing acts
- Walkthrough and handoff — we don’t consider the job done until you’re satisfied
